Shipping and returns

All our courses are digital PDFs. Nothing is posted, so there are no delivery fees and no waiting for a courier.

How you receive your course

Your course is delivered as a PDF download, anywhere in Nigeria or abroad.
Your download link is sent by email as soon as your payment is confirmed. It also appears in My account under Downloads.
If you pay by bank transfer, your download unlocks once we confirm the payment, usually within one working day.
You can download your course again from My account at any time.

If a link does not work or a file will not open, email info@dmsiclassexample.com with your order number. We will send you a working copy.

If a course is not right for you, you can ask for a refund within 7 days of your purchase.
To ask, email info@dmsiclassexample.com or use our Contact page. Include your order number and the name on the order.
Approved refunds are paid back to the account you paid from, usually within 5 working days.
After a refund, your access to that course is removed.
We cannot refund requests made more than 7 days after purchase, or repeated refunds on the same course.

Because our products are digital, there is nothing to send back. Please delete any copies of a course you have been refunded for.
